Who it's for:
Prior experience is essential as you need to be comfortable capsizing and paddling on flat water. The course is aimed at those at or above the one star standard. You will require a reasonable level of fitness to get the most out of your two day course. This is a very detailed course, so please consider your two days as a full training opportunity. Those not quite at the required standard at the end of the two days will be able to do a separate assessment once they've had chance to practice.
