White water (2 day)

Crash though the waves, surf the stoppers and get the skills you need to play on White Water rivers.

White Water Kayaking is an exciting and invigorating sport. On a 2 day White Water course you’ll build on your concepts, strokes and techniques that apply to paddling on grade 2 or grade 5 White Water. We will cover elements of the 3 Star inland course.

Two day White Water courses take place in North and South Wales. We will have an abundance of fantastic grade II & III Rivers on our door step. We can arrange White Water courses on demand for groups around the UK.

You need to be a confident paddler on flat water with the ability to perform capsize drills and move yourself around smoothly (2 Star level). You will require a good level of fitness as this is an intensive course on grade II & III White Water.

White Water Kayaking can be an intimidating environment so bring a healthy sense of adventure. If you are unsure about your suitability for this course please feel free to contact a member of our team.

Accommodation – Your coach/es will be staying at a Bunk house in the local area during the course. You’re welcome to stay with us or find alternative accommodation in the area. Add £50 to the cost of the course for your accommodation and breakfast.
