We've invested pretty heavily in a new fleet at Liquid Logistics this year, which means it's finally time for a bit of a clear-out!
Over the years we've accumulated a lot of boats. Some have been regular members of the Liquid Logistics fleet, while others have spent far more time sitting on the racks gathering dust because we've simply got too many boats doing the same job.
With new sea kayaks and six brand-new canoes joining the fleet, we're selling a big chunk of our older and duplicate kit to help fund the investment.
We've got
sea kayaks, whitewater kayaks, sit-on-tops, a carbon surf kayak and open canoes available, ranging from £80 whitewater boats through to fully outfitted canoes and sea kayaks.
A Quick Note on Condition - These are used boats.
Most have lived as part of a commercial paddlesports fleet, so expect scratches, marks and the usual signs of use. Some of the older whitewater boats in particular have been sitting on the racks for years and could definitely benefit from a good clean!
That said, unless specifically stated otherwise,
every boat in the sale is functional and ready to paddle. You could collect one from us and be on the water for a splash an hour later.
No paddles or personal paddling equipment are included.
Sea Kayaks
P&H Scorpio HV – Blue ×2 - £750 each
Two blue high-volume P&H Scorpios.
These are approximately seven years old and have been working fleet boats, so have the cosmetic marks you'd expect from commercial use. Both are fully functional, with working outfitting, hatches and skegs, and are ready to get straight back out on the water. A great option for a larger paddler looking for a capable sea kayak without the price tag of a new boat.
P&H Scorpio MV – Orange ×2 - £750 each
Two orange medium-volume P&H Scorpios, approximately seven years old.
Again, these have been working boats and show the usual signs of use, but everything works and they're ready to paddle.
The MV makes a great all-round touring, skills and expedition boat for a huge range of paddlers.
P&H Scorpio LV – Orange - £750
Our orange low-volume Scorpio is also joining the sale.
Approximately seven years old, used condition and fully functional.
A good opportunity for a smaller paddler looking for a proper sea kayak at a considerably lower price than buying new.
P&H Leo – Orange - £800
This one has seen considerably less use than the rest of the fleet.
The Leo is approximately seven years old but has probably only been out on the water around ten times in total.
It's been stored alongside the rest of the fleet and naturally has some storage and cosmetic marks, but compared with the working fleet boats it has spent very little time on the water.
Fully functional and ready to paddle.
Perception Essence – Blue/White - £200
A bit of an old faithful!
This Essence is over 15 years old and has plenty of history behind it. It's certainly not a showroom boat, but it's still fully functional and ready to paddle.
At £200, it could make a great inexpensive first sea kayak, spare boat or something to get someone out on the water without spending a fortune.
Whitewater Kayaks
Most of these have been sitting on the racks for a long time – some for 15+ years.
They've been paddled on and off over that time and they're certainly not shiny new boats. They could all benefit from a proper clean, but at £80–£100 a boat we're going to leave some of that fun to their new owners!
If you're after a cheap whitewater kayak, club boat, spare boat or just fancy playing around with some older designs, there are some bargains here.

WaveSport EZ – Blue - £80
All are sold as used boats and show their age, but they're functional and paddleable.
Topo Duo - £80
The Topo Duo needs a little more attention than the others.
The boat itself is usable, but the seating, footrests and outfitting could do with someone spending a bit of time going through everything, cleaning it up and getting it set up how they want it.
At £80, it's priced as a cheap project for someone who doesn't mind giving it a bit of attention.
Flying Squad Carbon Surf Kayak - £200
Something a little different!
We have a carbon Flying Squad surf kayak, marked SurfKayaks.co.uk, available for £200.
It's an older specialist surf boat and is being sold as part of the wider fleet clear-out.
Photos are available and you're very welcome to have a proper look over it before buying.
Sit-on-Top Kayaks
Single Sit-on-Tops ×3 - £80 each
Three simple single sit-on-top kayaks available.
Used condition but completely functional and ideal for family paddling, beach days or someone looking for a cheap boat to chuck on the roof and get on the water.
Kayak only – paddles are not included.
Double Sit-on-Tops - £200 each
We also have a small selection of tandem sit-on-tops available, including Calypso Islanders and a tandem kayak.
Again, these are boats only and do not include paddles.
Open Canoes
We've recently invested in six brand-new canoes for the Liquid Logistics fleet, which means several of our existing boats are now surplus to requirements.
Hou Canoes Prospector LV - £750
Fully outfitted and supplied with BPM airbags.
A used fleet canoe that's ready to paddle.
Hou Canoes Prospector HV - £800
Fully outfitted and supplied with BPM airbags.
A larger-volume Prospector and another fully usable boat ready to head straight back onto the water.
Hou Canoes Phoenix – Blue/Yellow/Black - £1,000
Our multicoloured Hou Canoes Phoenix is also available.
Supplied with BPM airbags, along with the existing sailing thwart and sailing rig fittings.
Please note that the actual sail and poles are not included.

We also have several other used open canoes that we may be willing to move on as part of the fleet clear-out.

Collection & Delivery
All boats are available for collection from our base in Beaulieu in the New Forest.
Delivery may be possible for an additional fee depending on location and what you're buying. This will need to be agreed individually.
